Enrico Perelli Cippo

I’m a Physicist and I joined ISTP-CNR (formerly IFP) in 2013. I deal mostly with neutron detectors (for both, thermal and fast neutron applications like material analysis and nuclear fusion) and gamma-ray detectors. I am also involved in the applications of thermal neutrons, and in particular material analysis in different fields, spanning from structural materials of interest for the nuclear fusion to non-destructive analysis of materials of interest for Cultural Heritage (CH). While at ISTP-CNR, I was involved in different experimental campaigns both a tokamaks (like JET and AUG) and at thermal neutron sources (like ISIS, FRM-II, PSI, SNS), where some detector and diagnostics, developed and tested at ISTP-CNR are currently installed.
