Matteo Pedroni
Matteo Pedroni ha conseguito la laurea magistrale in Scienze Chimiche (cum Laude) nel 2013 presso l’Università degli studi di Milano. Da marzo 2013 ad aprile 2014 ha lavorato come trainee presso l’unità NanoBiosciences (NBS) dell’Istituto for Health and Consumer Protection (IHCP) – European Commission JRC di Ispra (Va), occupandosi di modifiche superficiali di nanomateriali per il monitoraggio delle loro interazioni biologiche. Nel 2014 è stato assunto come assegnista di ricerca presso il CNR-ISTP (precedentemente CNR-IFP) e dal febbraio 2022 è diventato ricercatore a tempo indeterminato. La sua attività di ricerca è focalizzata sullo sviluppo e l’ottimizzazione di processi al plasma freddo. Questi includono: deposizione di coatings, etching di superficie, funzionalizzazione di superficie e trattamenti di sterilizzazione.
Inoltre è responsabile dell’uso e della manutenzione del microscopio a forza atomica (AFM) presente in istituto.
