During this preparatory phase, referred to as Pre- Fusion Power Operation (PFPO), stable H-mode operation will be demonstrated, and several systems, including auxiliary heating &#038; current drive, various diagnostics, ELM mitigation, and divertor heat flux control, will be commissioned.
